I-69 becomes Highway 37 then Binford Blvd then Fall Creek Parkway (same road). Follow Fall Creek Parkway past Indiana State Fairgrounds. Go to Central Ave. Turn Left (South) on Central Ave and follow past 16th St. After driving under interstate overpass, Central Ave splits in two directions. Take the Left split and follow around curve. This becomes East St. Go forward to Massachusetts Ave and turn Left.
